Cancellation & Refund Policy

DREAM10 EDULEAGUE LLP believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors or merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
  • Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items like flowers or food. However, a refund or replacement may be issued if the delivered product is of poor quality.
  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please report to our Customer Service team. After the merchant verifies the issue, the request will be processed. Report must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • If the product doesn’t match what was shown on the site or doesn't meet expectations, notify our support within 30 days. We’ll assess your complaint and respond accordingly.
  • For products under manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Approved refunds by DREAM10 EDULEAGUE LLP will be processed within 3–5 business days.
